In your daily production, you are familiar with one of the reasons for a web break: outdated drives and brakes on the reelstand. Modernising your reelstands will increase the balance quality of the reel and stabilise your production in the reel basement so significantly (fewer web breaks) that staff resources can be utilised better elsewhere in the pressroom.
Key points for a reelstand retrofit are the modernisation of the drive technology and/or the control technology. Further modernisations in the area of the pneumatic systems or for required increase in speed are realised by EAE in cooperation with competent partners.
