EAE welcomes Print2Finish as the new agency responsible for Central
America, Colombia, Panama and the United States of America. Due to the
collaboration between Q.I. Press Controls and EAE, the agency decided to add
EAE to their portfolio. Menno Jansen, Director Q.I. Press Controls, believes
that having just one agent for both Q.I. Press Controls and EAE makes sure that
the efficiency and effectiveness of the combination QIPC – EAE will be well
known in all represented countries.
Print2Finish, headquarter in Yardley, PA, provides its customers
value-added products and services that increase client revenue, improve
productivity and grow profits. They maintain a portfolio of high quality
products. Since the last twelve years,
Print2Finish has been a successful agent for Q.I. Press Controls to actively
represent and promote the sales of Q.I. Press Controls’ equipment within the American
newspaper and commercial printing market. Now, after Q.I. Press Controls took
over EAE, EAE decided to appoint Print2Finish as an agent to actively represent
and promote the sales of EAE as well.
Juan Echavarria, Vice-President Sales of Print2Finish, believes that,
with the addition of EAE, Print2Finish provides a better range of products. He
states that EAE’s contact with the customer matches the way Print2Finish prefer
to operate: “Customer contact is very important to us and for EAE. In the
world of automation it is important to get things up to speed fast. Our job is
done when the press works to the customer’s expectations and we won’t stop
until they are satisfied.”
Ronald Reedijk, Managing Director of QIPC – EAE Americas, explains that
Print2Finish is now fully trained for the products of both EAE and Q.I. Press
Controls, despite the extreme complex technology offered by both companies.
Echavarria agrees: “The training was difficult because a lot of technical
knowledge is required for the products of EAE. The communication between the
technical Germans and the commercial Americans was hard at first. But during
the training, we noticed that we could learn a lot from each other. We found
our common ground in providing the best service to our customers and now we are
ready to represent EAE.”
Jansen believes that representation of EAE by Print2Finish is
contributory to the effectiveness and efficiency of the combination QIPC – EAE.
He states: “QIPC – EAE is working hard to provide synergy. One of the goals
we want to accomplish is structured and coherent communication to our
customers. By having one agent that represents both EAE and Q.I. Press Controls
we are one step closer to accomplish this goal.”
QIPC – EAE wishes Print2Finish a successful and efficient acquisition.
