Effective August 1, the current CEO, Robert Lugauer, will be succeeded by Conrad Borchert and Tom van Holten, who will jointly take on the role of Managing Directors.

Robert Lugauer has been instrumental for both the graphic and intralogistics divisions in Ahrensburg, Germany, providing good leadership and vision. His contributions have been important in driving the company forward, and we thank him for his dedication and achievements during his time within the company.

The appointment of Conrad Borchert and Tom van Holten marks the beginning of a new era for EAE and EAE Solutions. This transition brings in a dynamic young management team and is a strategic move to leverage the diverse skills and experiences of both Conrad Borchert and Tom van Holten. Conrad Borchert is completely new to the company, but has an in-dept knowledge in regulated technology industry. In his 12 years in the field, he developed from an engineer to a strong authentic leader with a focus on strategic topics in the areas of project management, supply chain management, transfer and digitalisation.

Over the past two years, Conrad has gained extensive experience in corporate management as Commercial Manager for order processing at Gabler in Lübeck. In this role, he was responsible for order-related project management, revenue and profit realisation and the further development of corporate structures and processes with a focus on project/order management and digitisation. He explains: “I am looking forward to taking responsibility for the further development of the companies and shaping the future with the very experienced team! As a first step, I would like to get to know my colleagues and understand the processes in place. At the same time, I would like to encourage all colleagues to share their ideas and suggestions for further improvement. The potential for the future exists in the team!”. We are confident that his expertise and fresh perspective will drive the companies toward new heights.

Tom van Holten, who has been with the company since 2015, has played a vital role in the growth and success of EAE Solutions. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations make him an ideal candidate to step into this new leadership position. Over the years, Tom has demonstrated great commitment and has significantly contributed to the company’s development and expansion.

In addition to his role as Managing Director for the German branch of EAE and EAE Solutions, Tom van Holten will also act as Managing Director for all intralogistics activities of EAE Solutions' headquarters in the Netherlands. He states: “Being promoted to Managing Director is a huge honour and an exciting opportunity. I see this as recognition of my past efforts but also as a challenge to elevate our company’s vision and performance. I’m excited to inspire our company to drive innovations within a supportive and collaborative work environment, together with Conrad. My goal is to ensure we stay focussed, keep adapting to market changes, and keep putting our customers first."

We are excited about this new chapter and confident that this combined leadership will contribute to EAE Solutions’ growth strategy in the intra-logistics market, while also reinforcing EAE’s long-standing commitment to the print industry.
